Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to assist you.
Please note: We do not accept returns for our product not purchased from our store
Item(s) purchased from our store must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Limited edition items and items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund. To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

We do not exchange product. If you purchased an item from caymanly.com and would like a different color, size or style, a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days of us receiving the return. See RETURNS above for instructions on how merchandise can be returned.
